Shipping policy

If the product you ordered is in stock, we will ship it out within 72 hours of receiving the order.

However, since all of our product is handmade. If it was a pre-order, please allow 2-4 weeks of processing time (depending on our workload) before we can prepare for shipping (an extra 72 hours).
